Sanfena Construction Ltd are presently discussing terms for the contract to renovate and refurbish a privately owned building within a conservation village. Although in the early planning stages an application to convert this building into a function establishment is being considered.

We will keep you informed with the various stages of construction on this particular project and any other contracts of interest.
